Mr. Ahlers is a solutions-driven attorney who believes in providing clients with high quality representation in a timely manner. He strives to resolve disputes in a practical, non-confrontational manner, but he’s always ready to go to court when necessary, to achieve his client’s goals.
Since joining Fishback Dominick in 1994, Mr. Ahlers has spent much of his time helping clients solve real estate, probate and estate planning problems. In the real estate arena, Mr. Ahlers has enjoyed closing complex commercial loans for bank clients, assisting real estate developers with the acquisition, financing and development of commercial property, and helping numerous clients navigate through the process of buying and selling commercial property. In the probate and estate planning arena, Mr. Ahlers has not only enjoyed the challenge of helping clients plan their estates but has had the honor of assisting numerous clients with the delicate process of administering the estates of their loved ones.
Mr. Ahlers keeps in shape by practicing martial arts, enjoys participating in Toastmasters and is a diehard Ohio State Buckeye fan.
