Mr. Bennett views Fishback Dominick as an Orlando institution, with deep roots in the community going back to 1935. He attributes longtime client relationships to the firm’s reputation for going the distance for clients and providing them with practical legal solutions.
He is considered one of Florida’s foremost practitioners in the highly regularly field of alcoholic beverage law, and his other areas of legal expertise include real estate and local government law for the firm’s private and governmental clients. From 1972 to 2013, he served as the City Attorney of Belle Isle, Fl.
Mr. Bennett was included in Orlando’s Top Lawyers list in 2010, 2011 and 2012. He is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
