  >  John T. Conner

As a fourth generation Florida native with a rich history tied to agriculture and real property in Florida, John T. Conner takes great pride in helping business and local governments navigate the complexities of property development in the Sunshine State. He has successfully represented a wide variety of clients involving land use litigation in Orange, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Marion, Hernando counties, and with transportation agencies and school boards.

In addition to his extensive experience in property development law, Mr. Conner offers unparalleled expertise to clients in commercial litigation in all Florida trial and appellate courts. With nearly two decades of defending major theme parks and national motor vehicle repair companies, he has successfully navigated a wide array of difficult legal disputes including land use claims, complex commercial and class action cases, breach of contract claims, and all manner of litigated disputes involving municipal and other public entities.

Mr. Conner earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. In 2003, he proudly became a double-Gator, receiving his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he also served as a Senior Editor of the Florida Law Review.

Mr. Conner has served as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Oviedo and Downtown Orlando YMCA. He has been active in youth sports as both a parent and coach in Winter Park, where he and his wife raised their two sons. Mr. Conner is a life-long football fan, enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and can still be found throwing the pigskin from time to time.
