BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Garber is a partner in Fishback Dominick, joining the firm in 2017 and returning to the firm in 2026. He is an accomplished litigator in the areas of eminent domain/condemnation law, property rights litigation, zoning and land use law, and administrative law.
Since entering the legal profession in 1994, Mr. Garber has devoted his career to resolving property disputes to the satisfaction of his clients. He brings to clients a wealth of experience that includes serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General and participating in numerous court proceedings — jury and non-jury, bench trials, and appeals — in public and private practice. Current and past clients include landowners, developers, ranchers, business owners, national retailers, real estate appraisers, and governmental agencies.
Since 2007, Mr. Garber has retained recognitions by Woodward White’s Best Lawyers in America and Orlando Magazine’s Best Lawyers lists. He also has been included in the Florida publication Super Lawyer, Eminent Domain, since 2011.
