Partner Rick Geller Appointed Special Magistrate for City of Cape Canaveral

The City of Cape Canaveral City Council appointed Rick Geller, a partner with Fishback Dominick, to the position of Special Magistrate for code enforcement matters.

In this position, the City’s code enforcement officers will be presenting cases to Mr. Geller who will render decisions based on the evidence presented at hearings. Any appeals would go to the Circuit Court for Brevard County.

“It’s an honor to take this position,” said Geller. Geller, a litigator for public and private clients for 27 years, also serves as counsel to the City of Winter Park on code enforcement matters. In addition to the City of Winter Park, Geller represents the cities of Belle Isle, DeBary, and Winter Garden. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law.
