The City of Cape Canaveral City Council appointed Rick Geller, a partner with Fishback Dominick, to the position of Special Magistrate for code enforcement matters. In this position, the City’s code enforcement officers will be presenting cases to Mr. Geller who will render decisions based on the evidence presented at hearings.
