The firm welcomes Hillary Griffith is an Associate with Fishback Dominick, adding depth to the firm’s robust real estate and local government practices, supporting both public and private clients. She is serving as Assistant City Attorney for several of the firm’s clients to support various municipal boards, including planning and zoning, boards of adjustments, and code enforcement. Additionally, Mrs. Griffith advises clients on a wide variety of land use issues, contract negotiations, real estate, and procurement contracting.
Prior to joining Fishback Dominick, she worked as Associate General Counsel for a private equity firm, with a multi-state law firm specializing in the real estate market, and for a title company. Mrs. Griffith’s diverse background offers clients a unique blend of expertise in corporate and business law, coupled with her ability to navigate complex analyses and support diverse real estate interests.
Mrs. Griffith is currently participating in Leadership West Orange and recently co-presented with Kurt Ardaman at the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association about the process of removing elected officials.
Mrs. Griffith graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 2013 with a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2017 and is licensed to practice law in Texas, Maryland, and Florida.
