Kurt Ardaman to Head Florida Municipal Attorneys Association
Fishback Dominick partner Kurt Ardaman has been elected President of The Florida Municipal Attorneys Association (FMAA) and will serve a one-year term as the association’s president. The FMAA is an organization of attorneys representing over 400 municipalities throughout Florida.
“I am honored to serve as president, and I look forward to working with FMAA’s executive team to advance the interests of this outstanding group of municipal lawyers,” said Ardaman.
In practicing municipal law for 35 years and being Florida Bar board certified since 2009, Ardaman and the Fishback Dominick firm serve as City Attorneys for Belle Isle, Debary, Longwood, Winter Garden, Winter Park and as special counsel to certain cities. The privilege of representing cities also gives Ardaman and his firm a well-rounded perspective to effectively represent property owners, associations, and businesses outside of their cities throughout the State of Florida in real property matters, land use and development, eminent domain and government law.
