The Firm also selectively represents a number of private land owners, businesses, and developers in government law matters.
The Firm represents Homeowners’ Associations in collecting unpaid assessments, enforcing the association’s governing documents, handling disputes and dealing with contractors, land use disputes, and in eminent domain/inverse condemnation proceedings. In addition, the Firm counsels multiple Homeowners’ Associations and their Boards of Directors in the Central Florida area regarding the day to day operations of the Association, including developing and amending of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and other governing documents.

Motor Vehicle Law occupies a special place among commercial transaction, often requiring in-depth knowledge of secured transaction laws and the Florida Uniform Commercial Code. The firm’s Of Counsel Attorney was General Counsel to the National Auto Auction Association, an international trade association, from 1986-2010 and has a broad range of experience in motor vehicle law throughout the United States. One of the firm’s current partners and an associate are also experienced in the representation of automobile auctions and dealers in all matters related to the sale and transfer of motor vehicles whether between merchants or to consumers, as well as defending and prosecuting actions related to dealer bonds.
