Fishback Prevails in Litigation Challenging Location of Winter Park’s New Public Library and Civic Center

Kurt Ardaman and Rick Geller Get Unanimous Approval for Windermere Village

Windermere Village, a Skorman Development shopping center, obtained unanimous approval from the Orange County Board of County Commissioners.  The shopping center will feature a Fresh Market, Restaurant 310 (from Park Avenue), other high-end retailers, as well as a central park desired by the community.
