Gayle Owens, of counsel with the firm, has twelve years of experience representing government clients in a variety of matters, including civil litigation, appeals, Comprehensive Planning, land use, zoning and land development, Government in the Sunshine and public records law, and contract negotiations.  Gayle has drafted, reviewed, and revised numerous ordinances and interlocal agreements and has experience regularly attending municipal board meetings, including Code Enforcement, Planning & Zoning, and Charter Review, where she advises board members on a variety of legal issues, including state law and municipal code compliance, quasi-judicial procedures, ethics, and Florida’s Sunshine Law, and public records law.
